We may also collect basic technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Domi, organize and respond to information about your home, communicate with you, support the Founder Beta, maintain security, diagnose problems, and understand how the product is used.

Your home information

Home information is used to provide the Domi experience. Domi is designed around homeowner control. We do not intend to sell your personal information or turn your home information into an advertising product.

Service providers

We may use service providers to host, secure, analyze, or operate parts of Domi. They may process information only as needed to provide those services, subject to their applicable terms and our arrangements with them.

Founder Beta

Domi is currently in beta. Features, data handling processes, integrations, and product functionality may change as the service is tested and improved. Beta participants should avoid submitting information they do not want processed as part of the beta experience.

Data choices

You may contact us to ask about your information or request correction or deletion, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational requirements. You may also stop participating in the Founder Beta.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to an early-stage beta product, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to operate the service, and to meet legal or security obligations.

Children

Domi is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

We may update this policy as Domi develops. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
