These Terms of Use govern your use of the Domi website and Founder Beta provided by Domvara Home Intelligence LLC (“Domvara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Beta service
Domi is an early-stage beta product. Features may be incomplete, experimental, unavailable, changed, or removed. Interruptions, errors, inaccurate outputs, or data loss may occur during testing.
Homeowner responsibility
Domi provides organization, reminders, information, and assistance. It is not a substitute for a qualified contractor, inspector, engineer, attorney, insurance professional, emergency service, or other licensed professional. You remain responsible for decisions about your home and for verifying important information before acting on it.
Emergencies and safety
Do not rely on Domi for emergencies, immediate safety issues, fire, gas leaks, electrical hazards, medical emergencies, or other urgent conditions. Contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You give Domvara permission to process that content as necessary to operate, test, secure, support, and improve Domi. You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you provide.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, use it unlawfully, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Domi, Domvara, their software, designs, branding, content, and related materials are owned by Domvara or its licensors except for content provided by users or third parties. These terms do not transfer ownership of Domvara intellectual property to you.
Third-party services
Domi may reference, link to, or eventually connect with third-party products or services. Domvara does not control third-party services and their own terms and privacy practices may apply.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Domvara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the beta service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features as Domi develops. You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, or beta administration.
